Another family favorite , so very delicious ...and so easy to make ! Another no-fail recipe!
You will need:
1 liter Fresh Cream
6 large Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced
Lets start !
Preheat oven to 200F
Lightly grease an oven proof casserole
Line a layer of potatoes, pour some fresh cream just enough to cover it.
Add the slices of cheese - you can break them into halves and scatter them all over.Lightly grease an oven proof casserole

Pour another layer of fresh cream.do this till all the potatoes and cheese are used up. end with potatoes and layer of fresh cream. Put the casserole in the oven to bake for 1 hour .
